Thank You!
I’d like to thank from the bottom of my heart those who were able to help with the donation drive:
D Winter, Henry, Philip, Reva, East Forest and some extra thanks to Travis & Jordan for their larger donations.
The total amount I received was just enough to help me cover the expenses I needed to this month. Everyone who donated can expect to receive a gift from me very soon.

The Terence Mckenna Omnibus 2012
This ongoing release of rare Terence McKenna footage is edited so well and contains such comprehensive mix of his ideas and opinions it’s the closest I’ve seen yet to a quality McKenna documentary.
From Cognition Factor:
The Terence Mckenna OmniBus 2012 is a series of 12 clips to be released monthly through 2012. Each webisode will be exactly 12:12:12 minutes in duration and will deal with a different subject, culminating in December when Terence will give his final ruminations on the 2012 phenomena.
As of May, 4 chapters on 4 topics have released:

Cory Doctorow critiques hacktivist tactics
Some hacktivists argue that their DDoS attacks are comparable to the civil-rights-era sit-ins — after all, a wall of activists blockading the doors to a “whites-only” lunch counter is a kind of denial-of-service attack.
I think they’re wrong. I grew up in the antiwar movement and participated in my first sit-in when I was 12. Sit-ins are a sort of denial of service, but that’s not why they work.
