If the vapid cacophony of lies and pandering from the Republican and Democratic National Conventions has got you down, then why not watch this deeply inspiring, sharply intelligent and tremendously rousing speech Ron Paul gave at his own convention that drew 11,000 people a couple days before the RNC?

In the speech, Ron Paul pays honorable tribute to Bradley Manning and many other important aspects of the rising tide of awakening and conflict that is currently taking place.

Seriously, everyone who voices support for Occupy, internet freedom, civil liberties, drug policy reform, anti-dronewarfare, whistle-blower defense, Tea Party, the US Constitution, the food system, the medical system, social welfare, anarchy, economics, well basically EVERYbody with ANY form of political interest, would find tremendous value in watching this entire speech (If you reeeally don’t have time for the whole thing, start at 45:00. The second half  gets particularly powerful, but it’s still better to start at the beginning).
