Bolivian President Evo Morales, in explaining his decision to banish the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) from Bolivia (they have three months to leave), has accused the US government of encouraging drug-trafficking. He says he will be presenting evidence of police bribery, human rights violations, cover-up of murder, destroyed bridges and roads and other crimes to President Obama.
